Daniel A. Gunther

Dan Gunther is a results-oriented, technology-company executive who has achieved great success in leading dedicated teams focused on corporate goals. His experience in building organizations to successful multi-million dollar divestitures coupled with his belief that corporate success can be complemented with social responsibility make him an ideal addition to the ROHCG Board.

From 2003 to 2008, Dan was the President and Chief Executive Officer of Xmark Corporation (formerly Instantel Inc.) a manufacturer of healthcare security systems that protected individuals (from newborns to seniors) from harm.

Earlier in his career with Xmark (1987 to 2002) Dan held a wide variety of senior management responsibilities as Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Vice President Operations. Prior to joining Xmark, Dan was a Branch Manager for several years with the Bank of Montreal.

A Certified Management Accountant, Dan completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in 2006. He has also undertaken a diverse set of professional development activities.
