Leadership Team

The Royal Ottawa Health Care Group's team of dedicated professionals provides corporate leadership through diverse responsibilities and by developing strategies that address the work of the organization. The Leadership Team is accountable to the Psychiatrist-in-Chief as well as the President and Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

The Leadership Team's responsibilities include:

Developing the framework for the 'Balanced Scorecard';
Overseeing the development of the corporate business plan;
Overseeing the development of the annual operating plan;
Providing direction to the Management Council;
Liaising with the University of Ottawa Institute of Mental Health Research and the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health on a quarterly basis;
Liaising with partners in mental health to advance the integrated mental health system.
